We are looking for an experienced QA Manual Tester to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manual testing and a passion for delivering high-quality software products.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute test cases for manual testing of software applications.
Identify and document defects and issues, providing clear and concise reports to the development team.
Participate in requirement analysis and provide feedback on testability and requirements.
Perform regression testing and ensure that software meets quality standards before release.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Maintain test documentation and ensure traceability of requirements to test cases.

Skills and Qualifications

8-10 years of experience in manual testing of software applications.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
Proficient in writing clear and comprehensive test cases and test plans.
Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
