Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement QA strategy, test plans, and test processes.
  • Lead and manage a team of QA engineers (manual and automation).
  • Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure requirements are testable and delivered with quality.
  • Oversee test planning, execution, and defect management across multiple projects.
  • Ensure adherence to testing standards, tools, and frameworks.
  • Develop and monitor quality KPIs, metrics, and reporting.
  • Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and tools.
  • Support release planning and ensure timely delivery of quality releases.
  • Manage test environments and ensure test data readiness.
  • Mentor team members and support career growth and technical upskilling.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 23 years in a QA leadership or management role.
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes (manual and automation).
  • Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, etc.).
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
