Description

We are seeking an experienced QA Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and will be responsible for leading our QA efforts to ensure the highest quality of our software products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes.
• Lead and manage the QA team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues in software products.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of quality control processes.
• Provide training and mentorship to QA team members.
• Prepare and present quality reports to stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

• 12-15 years of experience in Quality Assurance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with automation testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., LoadRunner, JMeter).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
