  • 10+ years of QA experience with exposure to P&C insurance workflows
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in using RMS or AIR

Job Description

  • Lead QA strategy, planning, and execution for InsurTech products focused on P&C insurance.
  • Design and implement manual and automated test plans across functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective test strategies.
  • Ensure complete test coverage for Cat modeling workflows using RMS and AIR.
  • Build and maintain automation frameworks and manage test artifacts using tools like Selenium, Playwright, JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr.

The Successful Applicant

  • 10-15 years of QA experience, with exposure to business analysis or PMO roles in InsurTech
  • Strong domain knowledge in P&C insurance, especially in claims, underwriting, and policy workflows.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Catastrophe Modeling using RMS or AIR.
  • Proficient in automation tools (Selenium, Playwright) and test management platforms.
  • Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and full SDLC/STLC.
