QA Manager

Required Skills:

• Should have 3 + years of relevant experience in manager role and overall 10+ years of experiences in IT.
• Excellent problem solving, analytical and communication skills
• Skills to engage with the team to expand areas of testing and quality
• Self motivator who can work independently, able to learn quickly, meets deadlines and demonstrates problem-solving skills
• Strong sense of accountability
• Proficient in test definition, capable of developing test plans and test cases from technical specification
• Knowledge of software development / software development lifecycle within Agile environment.
• Experienced in handling communication with stakeholder
• Experience with test automation or driving test automation plan
• Participate in a Test Design Reviews for integration test plans within and across functions, complex scenarios, usability and accessability

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of (5/10/15/20) quality service associates, allocate task to team members and manage test execution delivery based on schedule or SLAs
• Be First point of contact to plan and manage test execution and responsible for timely delivery
• Monitor daily operations, create execution reports and communicate to stakeholders on regular basis
