QA Lead - WMS and eCommerce Domain

We are seeking a highly experienced QA Lead to drive the quality strategy and vision for our WMS and eCommerce domains. You will lead a team of QA engineers to deliver high-quality software by preparing and executing end-to-end test strategies. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to seamlessly integrate testing into the development process while staying current with the latest technology trends.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Drive the quality organization's vision and strategy across core engineering tracks.
• Lead a team of test and QA engineers to consistently deliver high-quality software.
• Prepare and drive the end-to-end test strategy for programs, coordinating with multiple stakeholders and third parties.
• Work closely with technical engineers, solution architects, and other stakeholders to seamlessly integrate testing into development processes.
• Coordinate the tracking and reporting of key quality metrics to measure progress in strengthening the eCommerce test and quality footprint.
• Stay abreast of the latest technology trends, coding standards, and frameworks to challenge continuous integration.
• Manage stakeholders effectively, including development, business, environment, and other third-party teams.

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of testing processes and methodologies.
• Working experience with eCommerce platforms, OMS, search, and 3rd-party eCommerce applications.
• Exposure to modern web standards and technology.
• The ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams, including business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in an Agile SCRUM and test-driven environment.
• Comfort working with and coordinating with offshore development and testing teams.
• Knowledge of Continuous Integration principles and best practices (Jenkins, Github).
• Strong professional experience with JavaScript and related libraries.
• Understanding of modern web architecture using MVC approaches.
• Exposure to bug tracking and task management software like JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.
• Excellent communication skills.

QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor's degree in a technology field.
