Job Description
Test Lead to lead and manage the testing activities for key projects The ideal candidate will have a strong background in functional testing hands on experience with Jira and excellent stakeholder management skills
The role involves planning coordinating and executing testing activities to ensure high quality deliverables aligned with business requirements
Provide testing services for one or more applications projects Testing Tower
Activities under test design execution including but not limited to
System Testing Includes Test Planning Test Design and Test Execution to ensure end to end functionality
Integration Testing Includes testing the functionality of the modules in an integrated environment
Regression Testing Includes manual automated testing of a subset of existing test scripts to ensure system functionality
Participate in daily stand up meetings defect triage calls
Responsible for working with third party suppliers for defect management
Monitor measure control and report to management on test progress product quality test results and test completion
Provide leadership and guidance to the test team on best practice mentoring and supporting development of team members with training and growth plans
Manage resources effectively to ensure utilisation is maximised aligned to plan budget and timeframes
