We are looking for an experienced
QA Lead to drive end-to-end quality assurance processes, ensuring high-quality product releases. The ideal candidate will lead test planning, execution, automation, and team management while collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Own test planning, estimation, and execution across functional, regression, and integration testing
- Lead and mentor QA engineers, ensuring effective task allocation and team productivity
- Manage defect lifecycle, including tracking, prioritization, and root cause analysis
- Oversee test automation using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright, and integrate with CI/CD pipelines
- Act as the QA SPOC, providing regular status updates and highlighting risks or blockers
- Support release activities, including defining quality criteria and providing go/no-go decisions
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of QA experience with at least 2+ years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of STLC, Agile/Scrum, API and UI testing
- Hands-on experience with automation tools, API testing tools, and CI/CD platforms
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript (basic scripting)
- Experience with tools like JIRA, TestRail/Zephyr, and Git

- Exposure to IoT domain, performance testing (JMeter), and cloud environments
