We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented QA Lead with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in software testing, a passion for quality assurance, and the ability to lead a team effectively. As a QA Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products through rigorous testing and collaboration with development teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the QA team in developing and implementing test strategies and plans.
Design and execute test cases to ensure software quality and performance.
Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.
Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback.
Mentor and train junior QA team members to improve their skills and efficiency.
Ensure adherence to QA processes and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
Proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus.
Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) for test automation.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
