QA Lead Selenium with C

We are looking for a QA Lead with 12+ years of experience in Agile testing and test automation. Strong hands-on expertise in Selenium, C#, SpecFlow/BDD, API Automation, and Selenium Grid is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead QA activities across the software development lifecycle in an Agile environment.
• Define and implement effective test strategies, automation frameworks, and QA processes.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with C#.
• Design and implement BDD-based automation frameworks using SpecFlow.
• Develop and execute API automation tests.
• Implement, configure, and maintain Selenium Grid for parallel and distributed test execution.
• Identify opportunities to improve test automation coverage, efficiency, and reliability.
• Define and monitor appropriate QA measurements, metrics, and KPIs.
• Analyze test results, identify quality risks, and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, business stakeholders, and other QA teams.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to QA engineers.
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of effective QA practices across teams.
• Coordinate effectively with stakeholders and distributed teams across UK and US time zones.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in QA/testing, including experience in a QA Lead role.
• Strong experience in Agile testing methodologies.
• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and C#.
• Experience with BDD frameworks, particularly SpecFlow.
• Strong experience in API automation/testing.
• Experience in implementing and working with Selenium Grid.
• Experience developing or using test automation accelerators/tools.
• Strong understanding of test metrics, measurements, and quality KPIs.
• Good understanding of end-to-end STLC and QA processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
