About Position
We are seeking an experienced QA Lead with 8–12 years of experience to lead quality assurance initiatives for Salesforce Service Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities along with hands-on expertise in AccelQ automation, ensuring high-quality delivery across complex service operations and customer support workflows.

What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end QA strategy, planning, and execution for Salesforce Service Cloud programs
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks and reusable assets using AccelQ
- Validate key Service Cloud functionalities including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge Base, and Service Console
- Ensure quality across case lifecycle, routing, SLAs, and integrations with external systems
- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Copado) and manage regression cycles
- Drive defect lifecycle, quality metrics, reporting, and release readiness
- Collaborate with business, product, and technical teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage
Expertise You'll Bring
- 8–12 years of QA experience with 4+ years in Salesforce testing
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud processes and data model
- Hands-on experience with AccelQ automation (must-have)
- Experience in functional, regression, integration, and validation testing
- Strong understanding of Case lifecycle, Omni-Channel routing, entitlement & SLA management
- Experience in API testing (REST/SOAP) and integrations
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies
- Proven experience in leading QA teams and driving automation adoption
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to drive quality ownership and continuous improvement initiatives
- Salesforce Certifications (Admin / Service Cloud Consultant) (preferred)
- Experience with multi-cloud Salesforce implementations (preferred)
- Exposure to data validation/testing tools (e.g., Valgenesys) (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
