Job Description

  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures for manufacturing processes.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Lead and mentor the quality assurance team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to address quality-related issues.
  • Oversee the testing and inspection of raw materials and finished products.
  • Analyse quality data and generate reports for management review.
  • Ensure that corrective and preventive actions are effectively implemented.
  • Stay updated with advancements in quality assurance tools and techniques in the automation-robotics industry.

The Successful Applicant

A successful QA Lead should have:

  • A degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance standards and practices in the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Prior experience in the automotive industry, preferably with auto components or tyre manufacturing.
  • Exposure to handling domestic and international customers.
  • Familiarity with IATF standards, VDA 6.3, and Core Tools.
  • Ability to lead a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments.
