• A QA Lead is responsible for ensuring the quality of products or services provided by an organization.
• In this role, you would oversee the quality assurance process, manage a team of QA analysts, and work closely with other departments to ensure that quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures
• Manage a team of QA analysts and provide leadership and guidance
• Review and approve test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Perform testing and quality control activities to ensure that products or services meet established quality standards
• Develop and maintain documentation of quality assurance activities
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure that quality standards are understood and met
• Identify and report quality issues and work with other departments to resolve them
• Participate in the development and implementation of new products or services

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field, such as computer science or engineering
• 10+ years of experience in a QA role, with at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of software development processes and methodologies
• Strong Experience with test automation tools and processes
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
• Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus
