QA Lead

About Position:

We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to drive quality assurance initiatives across data-centric applications. The role involves leading manual, database, and automation testing efforts while ensuring high-quality delivery in an Agile environment.

What You'll Do:

• Create and execute test cases based on business and technical requirements.
• Lead manual testing, ETL testing, and database (SQL) testing activities.
• Develop and maintain test automation scripts using Python for API and data validation.
• Track, manage, and report defects, ensuring timely closure and quality sign-off.
• Collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure adherence to QA processes, standards, and best practices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Drive continuous improvement in test strategies and automation frameworks.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Strong experience in Test Case Design and execution.
• Hands-on experience in ETL testing and data validation.
• Proficiency in SQL and database testing.
• Experience in test automation using Python.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum).
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead QA teams and ensure high-quality deliveries.
