Role Overview

ImpactQA is looking for an experienced QA Lead with strong expertise in Oracle EBS Testing and TOSCA Automation to lead enterprise QA initiatives and ensure high-quality delivery across Oracle E-Business Suite applications

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end QA activities for Oracle EBS implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
• Define test strategy, test plans, estimations, and execution approach for Oracle EBS modules
• Manage and mentor QA team members while ensuring QA best practices and standards
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and Stakeholders for requirement understanding and quality delivery
• Oversee Functional, Regression, Integration, System, and UAT testing activities
• Ensure test coverage across Oracle EBS modules including Finance, SCM, HRMS, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Order-to-Cash (O2C)
• Track defects, risks, quality metrics, and testing progress
• Drive automation initiatives using Tosca Automation Suite
• Develop and maintain reusable automated test scripts and regression suites in Tosca
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, release activities, and retrospectives

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience in Software Testing with 2–3 years in a QA Lead role
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Testing (R12 preferred)
• Expertise in Oracle EBS modules such as Finance, SCM, HRMS, P2P, and O2C
• Mandatory experience with Tosca Automation Tool
• Hands-on experience in automation test case development and execution using Tosca
• Experience in test planning, estimation, strategy creation, and team management
• Knowledge of JIRA, HP ALM, or Azure DevOps
• Good understanding of SQL and backend validation
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Defect Lifecycle, and Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Oracle Cloud Applications Testing
• Exposure to API Testing and Integration Testing
• TOSCA Certification
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks
