Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end QA activities for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) implementations and enhancements
Define test strategy, test plans, and execution approach for Oracle EBS modules
Manage and mentor QA team members, ensuring best practices in testing
Coordinate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders
Oversee functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
Ensure test coverage for key EBS modules like Finance, SCM, HRMS, etc.
Track and report defects, risks, and quality metrics
Drive test automation initiatives where applicable
Ensure adherence to QA processes, standards, and compliance requirements
Participate in release planning and Agile ceremonies

Required Skills & Qualifications

10–15-year exp person who has 2-3 Oracle Testing large scale implementation done – R12 or R14 upgrade
Strong experience in Oracle EBS Testing (R12 preferred)
Good understanding of EBS modules (Finance, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, etc.)
Experience in test planning, estimation, and resource management
Hands-on experience with test management tools (JIRA, ALM, etc.)
Experience in defect tracking and reporting
Knowledge of SQL for backend validation
Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
