Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Lead - an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, product-led environment. You'll play a key part in developing scalable, performant web applications and infrastructure powering BrightEdge's next-generation digital products.

Title: QA Lead

Location: 100% Remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of QA engineers, handling mentoring and performance management.
• Oversee end-to-end QA processes for product features, emphasising both manual and automation testing.
• Collaborate with engineering and product stakeholders, navigating complex environments with strong communication.
• Drive testing strategy, tool selection, and process improvements in a fast-paced product company setting.

Requirements:

• 10+ years in QA, with proven leadership.
• Expertise in both manual and automation testing.
• Proficiency in Linux environments.
• Programming languages - Java/Python.
• Expertise in writing SQL/MySQL queries from scratch.
• Background in SaaS/small/product companies preferred.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interactions.
• Use AI to help us automate.
