QA Lead and QA Manager

Description

We are looking for a QA Lead and QA Manager to oversee our quality assurance team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software testing and a proven track record of leading QA initiatives. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products by developing testing strategies, mentoring team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the QA team in developing and implementing testing strategies and processes.
• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various applications.
• Identify and document defects, and work with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure the quality of software products through manual and automated testing.
• Mentor and train QA team members on best practices and testing methodologies.
• Manage the QA process, including resource allocation and project timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality standards and expectations.

Skills and Qualifications

• 4-14 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
• Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for automation purposes.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Experience in managing and leading QA teams effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
