Job Description

We are hiring a skilled JavaScript Automation Test Engineer with hands-on experience in building and maintaining test automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will be passionate about automation, quality, and CI/CD practices, and must have at least 4 years of strong JavaScript-based automation experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts using JavaScript.
• Build robust, scalable, and reusable automation frameworks.
• Work closely with developers, QA, and product teams to understand requirements and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Execute test cases, identify bugs, and track them to closure.
• Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Contribute to test strategy, automation planning, and process improvements.

Must-Have Skills:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in JavaScript-based test automation.
• Strong expertise with tools like WebdriverIO, Cypress, Playwright, or Protractor.
• Solid understanding of Selenium WebDriver.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git).
• Good knowledge of RESTful APIs and API testing.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in Web and Mobile testing.
• Familiarity with Jira, TestRail, Zephyr or similar QA tools.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Qualification & Certification:

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of total QA experience, with at least 4 years in JavaScript automation.
