About Position:
We are seeking a talented Appium Automation Engineer with experience in Mobile Automation (Appium). The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable web applications, integrating backend and frontend services, and ensuring seamless user experiences.

What You'll Do:
- Develop and maintain mobile automation frameworks using Appium
- Perform automation testing for Android and iOS applications
- Design and execute automated test cases
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to define testing strategy
- Integrate automation execution with CI/CD pipelines
- Perform regression, functional, and end-to-end testing
- Analyze test results and track defects
- Ensure compliance with US retirement regulations and business processes
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirement discussions
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Strong experience in Appium mobile automation
- Hands-on experience with Java and Selenium
- Experience in Android and iOS testing
- Understanding of mobile automation frameworks
- Experience with REST APIs and API testing
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab
- Experience with version control tools like Git
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
- Education B.E. / B.Tech. / M.C.A.
