Internet banking and mobile banking JD
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for Internet and Mobile Banking applications
- Test end-to-end banking workflows such as fund transfers, bill payments, account management, and login/authentication
- Validate UI/UX, usability, and performance across web and mobile platforms (Android & iOS)
- Execute test cases for retail and corporate banking modules
- Perform API testing for backend services (using Postman/SOAP UI)
- Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA / ALM
- Work closely with business analysts, developers, and support teams
- Ensure compliance with security standards (2FA, OTP, encryption)
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Internet Banking / Mobile Banking Testing
- Knowledge of banking domain (Retail & Corporate Banking)
- Hands-on experience in manual testing and test case design
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, SOAP UI)
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools like JIRA
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in mobile app testing tools (Appium, BrowserStack, etc.)
- Exposure to automation testing (Selenium, etc.)
- Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter)
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
