QA Functional Engineer_Samsung_chennai

• Responsible to participate in requirement analysis and plan for test scenarios preparation
• Responsible for test design, test data creation and test execution for Web/Mobile applications
• Responsible to test the customer journey flow with the eye for user experience inconveniences for multi-demographic user base
• Collaborate with Operations, Business and Engineering to understand what to be tested beyond the specifications
• Manage and update test suites with test additions based on feature updates
• Responsible for sending reports and analysis on the automation results
• Responsible to file bugs identified by automation scripts and track bugs to the closure

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in testing UI and backend for large scale web and mobile web applications
• Ability to analyze user experience and functional behavior of Web/Mobile Apps to raise bugs/gaps
• Good knowledge of Internet/Web Technologies
• Good problem solving and coding skills
• Experience in testing ecommerce applications is a plus
• Experience in writing automation scripts to test Web UI and/or Mobile App is a plus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to represent the QA team in feature review meetings
