Key Responsibilities

  • Perform IPQA activities during manufacturing and packing processes.
  • Ensure line clearance before initiation of batches and after completion.
  • Conduct in-process checks (IPC) and record observations.
  • Monitor adherence to SOPs, GMP, and hygiene practices on the shop floor.
  • Review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR).
  • Handle deviations, incidents, OOS/OOT, and implement CAPA.
  • Perform sampling of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
  • Verify status labels, logbooks, and calibration of instruments/equipment.
  • Participate in internal audits and support external regulatory audits.
  • Coordinate with Production, QC, and Warehouse teams for compliance.
  • Ensure proper documentation as per GDP practices.
