Role Description

This is a remote contract role for an ETL Developer. The ETL Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to integrate and manage data from multiple sources. Key responsibilities include analyzing business data needs, creating data models, ensuring data quality, and supporting reporting initiatives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable data solutions that align with business objectives is vital.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of professional experience required
• Proficiency in Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes and experience with ETL tools
• Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Data Integration
• Experience in Data Modeling and ensuring efficient database design and management
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Data Quality frameworks, SQL, and best practices for data governance
• Proven ability to work independently and effectively in remote or distributed teams
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience in industries such as Insurance, Claims, or similar is a plus
