The Associate Specialist QC - Automation role at Synechron is responsible for ensuring the quality of software products through manual and automated testing. The individual should have strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and resolve software defects.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and practices.
• Experience in automation testing tools and frameworks.
• Ability to design and execute test cases.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8 years of experience in software testing and automation.
• Experience in manual and automation testing.
• Good knowledge of software testing tools and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Experience:

• Total experience: 8+ years

Day-to-Day Activities:

• Design and execute test cases for software applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using various tools. Analyze and report defects in software applications.
• Participate in Agile development processes and provide feedback on software quality.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools and technologies.
