Your Role And Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on QA Engineering Manager who combines strong leadership with deep technical expertise in quality engineering. This role requires actively contributing to test strategy, automation, and quality practices for a product that supports various deployments while leading a team of QA Engineers. The ideal candidate is passionate about building scalable quality frameworks, driving automation, and embedding quality across the SDLC.

Qualifications & Experience
- 9+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and test engineering, including 3+ years in leadership roles
- 2+ years of people management experience, including mentoring and team development
Technical Expertise
- Strong experience testing, automating, and managing distributed, scalable SaaS applicationsbuilt on:
- REST APIs
- Microservices architecture
- Container-based environments
- Hands-on exposure to:
- Automation frameworks: Cypress, Selenium, etc.
- Testing types: API testing, UI testing, performance testing, and security testing
- Familiarity with:
- CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes, OpenStack, or similar platforms
Leadership & Delivery
- Experience preparing and presenting quality metrics and reports for leadership
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across planning, execution, and tracking phases
- Strong experience working with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams across geographies
Coaching & Mentoring
- Passion for technical coaching and mentoring, including:
- Guiding junior engineers
- Conducting code reviews
- Supporting system design discussions

- Business Acumen: Experience with plan administration, budget attainment, and client satisfaction measurement, ensuring effective operational management of software development.
