About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and committed Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer with 1-3 years of experience in software testing and quality processes. The ideal candidate should possess a strong QA mindset, a passion for ensuring high-quality deliverables, and the ability to adapt and learn in a fast-paced technical environment. Key

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test cases (manual and automated) to ensure product quality.

• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and create effective test strategies.

• Identify, log, and track defects through to resolution.

• Perform regression, functional, integration, and system testing across multiple environments.

• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects and releases.

• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions to ensure QA input is integrated early in the development lifecycle.

• Support weekend (Saturday) work on rare occasions when critical deadlines or releases require it.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1-3 years of QA experience in Web, Desktop, or Enterprise applications with Multiple Browsers.

• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing life cycle, and defect tracking.

• Proficiency in test case management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).

• Basic understanding of programming and automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, or similar).

• Exposure to API testing tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or similar.

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control (e.g., Git, Jenkins).

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Work Arrangement
