QA Engineer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically strong QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in manual and automation testing, a solid understanding of software development lifecycles, and the ability to work closely with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality software delivery.

The candidate should be capable of identifying bugs, improving testing processes, and ensuring seamless user experiences across web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand product requirements, workflows, and technical specifications.
• Create and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Perform Manual Testing for web and mobile applications.
• Identify, document, track, and verify bugs using bug tracking tools.
• Conduct Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, and UAT Testing.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and QA review discussions.
• Develop and maintain automation test scripts where required.
• Ensure software quality standards and best QA practices are followed.
• Perform API testing and validate backend integrations.
• Maintain proper QA documentation and test reports.
• Continuously improve QA processes and testing efficiency

Requirements:

• 4–7 years of hands-on experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
• Strong experience in Manual Testing and Automation Testing.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in API Testing and backend/database validation.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, TestRail, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
• Basic programming/scripting knowledge in Java, JavaScript, or Python.
• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple testing priorities.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working on SaaS, HRMS, or enterprise-level applications.
• Exposure to performance testing and security testing concepts.
• Experience in cloud-based environments such as AWS.
• Understanding of DevOps and automated deployment workflows.
