We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically strong QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in manual and automation testing, a solid understanding of software development lifecycles, and the ability to work closely with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality software delivery.
The candidate should be capable of identifying bugs, improving testing processes, and ensuring seamless user experiences across web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Understand product requirements, workflows, and technical specifications.
- Create and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
- Perform Manual Testing for web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, track, and verify bugs using bug tracking tools.
- Conduct Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, and UAT Testing.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and QA review discussions.
- Develop and maintain automation test scripts where required.
- Ensure software quality standards and best QA practices are followed.
- Perform API testing and validate backend integrations.
- Maintain proper QA documentation and test reports.
- Continuously improve QA processes and testing efficiency
Requirements:
- 4–7 years of hands-on experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
- Strong experience in Manual Testing and Automation Testing.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience in API Testing and backend/database validation.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, TestRail, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
- Basic programming/scripting knowledge in Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple testing priorities.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working on SaaS, HRMS, or enterprise-level applications.
- Exposure to performance testing and security testing concepts.
- Experience in cloud-based environments such as AWS.
- Understanding of DevOps and automated deployment workflows.
