Role Overview

We're looking for a detail-oriented B.Tech/CS graduate to join our QA team. This is a training-focused role you'll learn to test web applications, write test cases, and ensure our products are bug-free before release. No prior QA experience required we'll train you on our testing processes, tools, and products.

Job Title - QA Engineer / Software Tester

What You'll Learn (Training Provided)

Manual testing methodologies and best practices

Writing effective test cases and test plans

Bug reporting and tracking using tools like Jira/GitHub

Web application testing (forms, user flows, compatibility)

Cross-browser and responsive testing

Introduction to automation testing (Selenium basics)

Our product ecosystem and domain knowledge

Key Responsibilities

Test new features and products before release

Write clear, detailed test cases covering all scenarios

Report bugs with proper steps to reproduce, screenshots, and logs

Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing

Test across different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)

Test on different devices (desktop, tablet, mobile)

Collaborate with developers to reproduce and debug issues

Maintain test documentation and reports

Required Qualifications

Must Have:

B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science or IT (or BCA/MCA)

Strong attention to detail ability to spot inconsistencies

Logical thinking can break down problems systematically

Good written communication in English (for bug reports)

Basic understanding of how websites/web apps work

Comfortable using computers and browsers

Curiosity what happens if I click this mindset

Patience and persistence to find edge cases

Good to Have (Not Required):

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (view page source)

Familiarity with browser developer tools (Inspect Element)

Any internship/project involving testing

Knowledge of SDLC or Agile methodology

Basic SQL knowledge
