Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced QA Engineer with strong expertise in Telecom Testing and RODOD/DBX implementations. The ideal candidate should have deep functional knowledge in telecom BSS systems, especially BRM, along with strong manual testing and API testing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end manual testing for telecom applications.
- Validate Order Management flows and ensure business requirements are met.
- Work on RODOD/DBX implementations involving Siebel, OSM, UIM, and ASAP systems.
- Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
- Conduct functional, integration, and system testing.
- Perform API testing using tools like Postman and SOAP UI.
- Validate billing, invoicing, charging, and rating processes.
- Log, track, and manage defects using JIRA.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders for issue resolution.
- Ensure adherence to Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) processes and quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in Telecom Domain Testing (BSS/OSS).
- Hands-on experience in RODOD/DBX implementations (Siebel/OAP, AIA/OEP, OSM, UIM, ASAP).
- In-depth knowledge of BRM (Billing and Revenue Management).
- Expertise in Subscription Management, Billing, Charging, Rating, and Invoicing.
- Strong understanding of BRM Schema and utilities.
- Solid knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
- Experience in Test Case Design, Execution, and Defect Management.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA.
- Experience in API Testing using Postman and SOAP UI.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
