Job Title: QA Engineer ServiceNow & Automation

Overview
We are seeking a QA Engineer with experience in
test automation, ServiceNow testing, and data validation. This role focuses on ensuring application quality across web and mobile platforms, along with validating backend data and supporting emerging AI-driven features.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain test automation using Playwright and/or Tosca
- Design and execute manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications
- Perform end-to-end testing of ServiceNow applications (web & mobile)
- Validate application functionality including workflows, forms, integrations, and UI behavior
- Perform data validation using Snowflake queries
- Support validation of LLM-based features through prompt testing and response validation
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure quality and reliability of releases
- Log and track defects, and provide clear test documentation and reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with test automation tools (Playwright and/or Tosca)
- Experience in UI and functional testing (web and/or mobile)
- Familiarity with ServiceNow testing is preferred
- Experience writing and executing Snowflake queries for data validation
- Exposure to LLM tools or prompt engineering concepts is a plus
- Understanding of software testing lifecycle and QA processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and documentation abilities
