Job Description

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce testing (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud,CPQ)
  • Proficiency in test automation (Selenium / FireFlink / cloud-based or low-code tools)
  • Strong API automation and integration testing experience
  • Solid expertise in BI/data testing with Tableau, Snowflake, SQL, and ETL processes
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, especially in Salesforce ecosystems
  • Hands-on experience with test and defect management tools
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to understand and translate business requirements into effective test strategies

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Oracle ERP or other enterprise systems
  • Exposure to Microsoft Azure / Power Platform / AI solutions
  • Mobile application testing (iOS, Android)
  • Performance testing exposure (Google Analytics or similar tools)Soft Skills
  • Strong ownership and leadership mindset
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, evolving digital environments
  • Comfortable communicating with senior and executive stakeholders
