QA Engineer| QA Automation | India

We are looking for a Performance Test Engineer with 6-8+ years of experience to help build fast, scalable, and reliable web applications for the automotive industry. You will be responsible for driving performance testing initiatives across B2B and B2C platforms and collaborating closely with engineering teams to identify and resolve performance issues early in the development lifecycle.

• Script and execute performance tests using k6 with JavaScript that simulate real user behavior
• Design realistic load models and manage complex test data preparation
• Analyze performance results and create clear, actionable dashboards using Grafana
• Work closely with developers and engineering teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve application scalability and stability

• 6-8+ years of experience in performance testing
• Strong hands-on experience scripting in k6 using JavaScript (Mandatory)
• Solid understanding of performance testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices
• Proven ability to design meaningful load models and test data strategies
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
