About KAVIA AIKAVIA AI is an enterprise software company with a live, production AI platform in use today.
We build an AI-native workflow and reasoning layer for the full software development lifecycle — spanning requirements, architecture, code, testing, CI/CD, and long-term maintenance. Our platform is used by enterprise teams working on real, large-scale codebases, not demos or internal experiments.
AI at KAVIA is foundational. The platform is built around agent-based orchestration, enterprise knowledge graphs, and full lifecycle traceability, enabling teams to understand, evolve, and ship complex software systems with greater speed, confidence, and structure.
As the platform and customer footprint scale, we're hiring a QA Engineer to help improve day-to-day product quality, strengthen regression coverage, and support a more disciplined approach to testing and release readiness.
The RoleThis is a hands-on QA role on an existing, production platform.
As a QA Engineer, you will work closely with engineering, product, and the broader quality function to test product workflows, validate releases, identify bugs, and help improve quality across the platform. You will contribute to both manual and automated testing, with a strong focus on execution, attention to detail, and learning how to test complex workflows well.
This role sits at the intersection of product testing, workflow validation, regression discipline, and growing automation exposure.

- Log thoughtful, high-quality bugs with clear steps, expected behavior, and business impact
- Help maintain regression suites, release checklists, and testing documentation
Team Collaboration- Work closely with QA, engineering, and product teams in a high-trust environment
- Learn how to identify edge cases, workflow risks, and common failure modes
- Contribute to a culture of ownership, rigor, and practical execution
- Grow into broader responsibility across automation and product quality over time
What We're Looking ForRequired- Around 2 years of professional experience in software testing, QA, or quality engineering
