Roles and Responsibilities -

Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for manual testing.

Create and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using industry-standard tools.

Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools.

Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality remains intact after changes. Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand requirements and ensure alignment with quality standards.

Analyze test results and provide feedback on software performance, usability, and reliability. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and methodologies.

Requirements -

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience in software quality assurance, both manual and automated testing.

Strong proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript Experience with test automation tools - Playwright

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Exposure on Git.

Experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
