QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive functional and end-to-end test cases based on user stories and product requirements.
• Automate regression and functional test scenarios using Java and Selenium WebDriver to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
• Perform manual testing for complex workflows and exploratory testing to identify hidden defects.
• Validate multi-module product integrations and end-to-end user journeys.
• Collaborate with product management, development, and UX teams to clarify requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Log, track, and verify bugs in defect tracking tools, ensuring timely resolution.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and support integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a QA Engineer in a product development environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with functional and end-to-end testing of web and/or mobile applications.
• Proficient in test automation using Java and Selenium WebDriver.
• Ability to write clear, reusable, and maintainable automated test scripts.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and Agile practices.
• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools such as JIRA and TestRail.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and API testing (Postman or similar tools).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
