About Position
We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer with strong expertise in data validation, SQL, and Python-based testing. The role involves ensuring data quality, building automated validation scripts, and leveraging Jupyter notebooks for exploratory testing and analysis.

What You'll Do
- Perform end-to-end testing for data pipelines, applications, and APIs
- Write and execute SQL queries for data validation and integrity checks
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python (preferably via Jupyter notebooks)
- Validate data across ETL workflows and reporting layers
- Identify, log, and track defects; perform root cause analysis and re-validation
- Collaborate with Dev, BA, and Data teams to ensure high-quality releases
- Contribute to test strategy, test planning, and continuous QA process improvements
Expertise You'll Bring
- 68 years of experience in QA / Data Testing / ETL Testing
- Strong hands-on expertise in SQL (complex queries, data validation)
- Proficiency in Python for automation, data analysis, and validation
- Hands-on experience with Jupyter Notebook for testing/data exploration
- Experience in data validation, ETL testing, and pipeline testing
- Knowledge of API testing and Agile methodologies
- Experience with defect tracking tools (JIRA/TestRail/Azure DevOps)
