Description
We are looking for a highly skilled QA Engineer with 7-15 years of experience to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products through rigorous testing and collaboration with development teams.
Responsibilities
- Designing test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on software requirements and specifications.
- Executing manual and automated tests to identify software defects.
- Collaborating with development teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Analyzing test results and providing detailed reports on findings.
- Participating in code reviews and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Identifying and documenting defects and issues, and tracking their resolution.
- Maintaining and improving the testing process and framework.
Skills and Qualifications
- 7-15 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Proficiency in automated testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
- Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner is a plus.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Git, or similar.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
