QA Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a QA Analyst/Engineer with 23 years of experience in manual and automation testing to ensure the quality and reliability of our applications. The ideal candidate will have strong problemsolving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fastpaced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand acceptance criteria.
• Write, maintain, and execute manual test cases and scenarios.

.Be responsible for identifying defects and for documenting those defects.

• Perform automation testing using tools such as Selenium, Playwright, and TestNG.
• Conduct API testing using Postman/RestAssured.
• Identify, document, and track defects ensure timely resolution.
• Participate in release verification and provide golive support.
• Perform database testing with SQL queries to validate data integrity.
• Contribute to test planning, execution, and reporting of quality metrics.
• Work effectively in Agile/Scrum sprints, ensuring timely delivery of QA activities.
• Escalate quality concerns promptly and collaborate on resolutions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in QA processes and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 23 years of experience as a QA Analyst/Engineer in Manual testing.
• Strong knowledge of STLC and testing methodologies (Unit, System, Integration).
• Handson experience with UI automation (Java, Selenium, Playwright, TestNG).
• Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured).
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and Agile methodologies.
• ISTQB certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as a team player.
