QA Engineer (Manual) - Senior II

57 years of hands-on experience in manual testing (web & mobile).

Strong in test planning, test case creation, and defect management.

Expertise in functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.

Experience with Agile/Scrum processes and cross-functional collaboration.

Skilled in exploratory, ad-hoc, and risk-based testing.

Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, BrowserStack, and Postman.

Knowledge of cross-browser and cross-device testing.

Strong understanding of testing methodologies and defect lifecycle.

Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.

Ability to mentor junior QA engineers and improve QA best practices.

Nice to have: experience in usability/accessibility testing, automation tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
