Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and methodical Manual QA Tester to join our growing QA team. In this role, you will be responsible for manually testing features and workflows across our AI-driven web and mobile platforms, identifying bugs, validating user stories, and ensuring a smooth user experience.

While this is primarily a manual testing role, experience or exposure to automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Postman scripting) is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications.
  • Analyze requirements, user stories, and specifications to develop test cases and test scenarios.
  • Identify, log, and track bugs and usability issues using bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, etc.).
  • Perform functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing across different devices and browsers.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers to ensure quality at each stage of the development lifecycle.
  • Validate backend data using tools like Postman, browser dev tools, or database queries (basic).
  • Assist in writing or maintaining documentation such as test plans and release checklists.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve product usability and user experience.
Required Skills
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in manual testing of web/mobile applications.
  • Strong understanding of QA processes, bug lifecycle, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Familiarity with test case management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr) and bug-tracking systems (e.g., Jira).
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Basic understanding of REST APIs and testing APIs using Postman.
Good to Have (Bonus Skills)
  • Exposure to automation frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
  • Experience writing or executing API tests or automation scripts.
  • Familiarity with performance or cross-browser testing tools.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Why Join Us
  • Work on a fast-evolving AI platform with real-world impact.
  • Be part of a high-growth, cross-functional team of product builders and technologists.
  • Opportunity to grow into QA Automation or lead testing roles.
  • Collaborative environment where your feedback is valued.
