Stratzi.ai is Looking for:
Key Responsibilities
- Manual Testing & Test Strategy
- Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
- Validate UI/UX flows across web dashboards and chatbot interfaces.
- Test API responses, business logic validation, and edge cases.
- Perform cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing.
- Automation Testing
- Design and maintain automation test suites.
- Automate regression and smoke test cases.
- Implement CI/CD-integrated automated testing workflows.
- Improve automation coverage and reduce release cycle time.
- Security & Compliance Testing (Critical)
- Validate authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, RBAC).
- Test role-based access controls and privilege boundaries.
- Perform input validation and injection testing (XSS, SQL Injection, etc.).
- Ensure secure API handling and data masking practices.
- Validate encryption standards (at rest and in transit).
- Work closely with developers to ensure OWASP-aligned practices.
- Assist in vulnerability triage and remediation validation.
- AI & Chatbot Validation
- Test conversational flows, fallback logic, and contextual responses.
- Validate LLM response consistency and guardrail enforcement.
- Perform prompt validation and edge-case testing.
- Ensure hallucination mitigation logic is tested.
- Validate multilingual handling (if applicable).
- Performance & Reliability
- Conduct load and stress testing for dashboards and APIs.
- Validate concurrency behavior and rate limiting.
- Identify bottlenecks in data pipelines and backend APIs.
- Documentation & Governance
- Maintain defect logs with root cause categorization.
- Prepare QA reports for internal stakeholders and (if required) audit compliance.
- Participate in sprint planning, grooming, and release sign-offs.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in QA (Manual + Automation).
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.
Experience testing:
- Web applications
- REST APIs
- Role-based systems
- Hands-on with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar).
- Experience in API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, etc.).
- Understanding of security testing fundamentals (OWASP Top 10).
- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong debugging and analytical skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Good to Have
- Experience testing AI/ML or chatbot systems.
- Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, k6, etc.).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with government or regulated-sector projects.
- Basic scripting knowledge (Python/JavaScript).
