Job Title : QA Engineer Manual & Automation Testing

Job Type : Contract / Part-Time

Experience : 5+ years

Location : Hyderabad, Telangana

Responsibilities

• 5+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance/testing.
• Strong hands-on experience in manual testing.
• Strong experience in functional testing of web applications.
• Hands-on experience with API testing.
• Experience with cross-browser and responsive UI testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Cypress.
• Experience testing and automating Angular-based applications.
• Experience testing authentication, authorization, and access controls.
• Practical understanding of UI automation frameworks and best practices.
• Understanding of security testing fundamentals.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, defect lifecycle, and QA processes.
• Good experience in test case design, execution, defect reporting, and regression testing.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and develop comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
• Execute API testing to validate functionality, data, responses, and integrations.
• Perform cross-browser testing across supported browsers and environments.
• Conduct responsive UI testing across different screen sizes and devices.
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects through resolution.
• Perform testing of authentication, authorization, and access-control mechanisms.
• Develop and maintain automated UI test scripts using Cypress.
• Perform automation testing for Angular-based web applications.
• Execute automated regression test suites and analyze test results.
• Maintain and improve existing automation scripts and test frameworks.
  
  

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
