Job Description

Why this role We ship fast with a lean team, and quality can't be an afterthought. You'll be the person who catches what everyone else misses—owning QA end to end, starting hands-on manual and growing into automation as we scale. No red tape. No babysitting a backlog. You find it, you own it, you make the product better.

What you'll do

  • Manually test our web apps (frontend + APIs) like a demanding user
  • Write and maintain clear test cases, test plans, and bug reports
  • Reproduce, track, and verify fixes directly with the dev team
  • Own QA in the release process so we ship fast and clean
  • Grow into building automated test suites (E2E, regression) as we scale

You need

  • 2–3+ years in QA / software testing
  • Strong manual testing skills and razor-sharp attention to detail
  • Ability to write bug reports a developer can act on immediately
  • Basic API testing (Postman) and comfort reading logs
  • Fluent, precise written English

Nice to have

  • Hands-on with an automation tool (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium)
  • Python or JavaScript basics
  • Exposure to CI/CD, MongoDB, or AWS
  • You use AI tools to test and debug faster

Compensation & growth — read this carefully We pay for impact and scale fast:

  • Start: $700 USD/month (₹55,000–65,000)
  • Fast track: prove out + start owning automation → $1,000 USD/month
  • Trajectory: strong performers scale toward $1,200–$1,500 USD/month as they own automation and release quality
  • Every paid trial, flexible hours, paid vacation, merit over tenure

If you're good, you won't sit at the entry number for long.

How to apply — read before you click We receive a high volume of applications and screen with our own internal tooling. Generic, copy-paste applications get filtered out instantly. To be considered, your application MUST include:

  • A solid, specific resume — real testing experience, real impact, no fluff
  • Proof of work: sample test cases, bug reports, test plans, or a GitHub/portfolio if you automate
  • One line on the nastiest bug you ever caught and how you found it
  • No proof of work, no substance Please apply elsewhere—we won't review it. Bring the goods and you'll hear from us fast.
