- Role: QA Engineer Intern
- Experience: 1-2 years
We are looking for a QA Engineer Intern who is passionate about software quality, testing, and building reliable products. This internship provides an opportunity to work with our engineering team and convert into a full-time QA Engineer role based on performance.
What You'll Work On
- Create and execute test cases for web and mobile applications
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing
- Test APIs using tools like Postman
- Validate data using basic SQL queries
- Identify, document, and track bugs using Jira/GitHub
- Perform cross-browser and device testing
- Assist in building automation test cases using Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to improve product quality
What We're Looking For
- Basic understanding of software testing concepts
- Knowledge of SDLC/STLC is a plus
- Familiarity with any programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.)
- Basic understanding of APIs and databases
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Willingness to learn automation testing tools
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Playwright / Cypress / Selenium
- Postman API testing
- SQL
- Git/GitHub
- Basic CI/CD knowledge
