Position: QA Engineer

Model: Onsite Wednesday and Thursday

JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is looking for a QA Engineer to join one of our financial customers. This resource will be working on an ongoing project requiring this resource to be comfortable jumping in and getting caught up to speed quick. There will be minimal ramp up time. This resource will doing functional testing and working heavily with database testing. Resource must have advance SQL skills, experience working in a cloud environment and comfortable using AI to assist with testing and tasks. Collaboration with teams will be essential to ensure applications are thoroughly tested before release. The individual must have an urge to learn new skills as they will be joining a very fast-pace environment that does not allow for handholding. This is a long-term position and does require someone to be onsite 2x a week.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 5-10 years QA experinece
• Strong functional testing experience
• Heavy Database or ETL testing
• Advanced SQL skills (complex queries, joins, tables, etc.)
• Experience working in an AWS cloud environment
• Understanding of AI agents and AI prompting
