QA Engineer

Responsibilities :

Perform UI, regression, integration and automated testing

Convert requirements into clear test cases, scenarios, and test data

Execute manual and automated tests to ensure quality coverage across releases

Identify, log, track, and validate defects with proper severity and priority

Collaborate with development and product teams for defect triage and resolution

Support test planning, estimation, and requirement analysis activities

Contribute to test automation frameworks and CI/CD integration.

Use Visual Studio Code (VS Code) to write test scripts, debug automation code, and manage Git/extensions

Work with or explore Agentic AI tools and Agentic Playground for AI-assisted testing, prompt-based validation, test generation, and productivity improvement

Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)

Ensure adherence to quality processes and best practices

Technical and Professional Requirements:

Strong understanding of STLC, SDLC, and Agile methodologies

Hands-on experience in Automation, Functional and Regression testing

Basic programming knowledge on Java/Python/Typescript

Familiarity with Automation Tools (Selenium/Playwright / TestNG) and Visual Studio for developing and debugging Agents/Tools/MCP Servers

Agentic AI concepts and Agentic Playground environments

CI/CD and DevOps exposure

Version control tools (Git)

JIRA for test management
