QA Engineer

We are looking for a dedicated QA Engineer to join our team. This role is perfect for freshers/entry-level candidates eager to kickstart their careers in quality assurance. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products through rigorous testing and collaboration with development teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications.
• Identify, record, and track bugs and issues using bug tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers to understand features and technical specifications.
• Perform regression testing and ensure quality standards are met before release.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.
• Create and maintain automated test scripts using testing frameworks.
• Review requirements and specifications to ensure quality assurance is integrated from the beginning.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript for test automation.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
• Experience with bug tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla.
• Basic understanding of databases and SQL for backend testing.
• Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
