QA Engineer - Functional, Automation & Data Validation

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality test cases and maintain test documentation.
• Execute functional testing, regression testing, system testing, and validation activities.
• Develop automation scripts using Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber (BDD), TestNG, Maven, and Git.
• Perform chatbot testing, GUI validation, and end-to-end workflow verification.
• Validate large datasets through SQL queries and HiveQL scripts to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide timely status updates.

Required Skills

• Experience in test case design, defect tracking, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber (BDD), TestNG, Maven, and Git.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and HiveQL for backend data validation.
• Exposure to chatbot testing tools and GUI validation techniques.
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and strong communication skills.
