Role: QA Engineer – Cloud IT Operations Platform (RMM)

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly skilled QA Engineer who has experience of working on cloud-based IT Operations platform, which enables IT teams and Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to monitor, manage, and secure Endpoints at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute Test Scenarios & Test Cases using X-Ray
• Perform Smoke / Sanity / Regression / API Testing on RMM Platform
• Validate workflows across RMM, Patch Management, Asset Management, and Security
• Defect Management using JIRA
• Attend Agile Scrum Ceremonies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2-3 years of QA experience in Cloud/Web application testing
• Hands-on with API testing tools (Postman, REST APIs)
• Good understanding of Windows, macOS, Linux platforms
• Hands-on Experience with RMM or IT Ops platforms
• Good Networking knowledge
• Solid Communication skills (as the person needs to interact with US based team)
• Strong Analytical skills
• Flexible to work in late-night Shifts (as per US hours)
